RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Krakan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, our Returns Policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.


1. Right of Return — 14-Day Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased on our website, provided the conditions below are met. No reason is required.

To initiate a return, please notify us within this 14-day period by emailing us at the address below.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be accepted for return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of your return notification

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition

  • Include all original tags, labels and accessories

  • Be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box and packaging


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' or 'Non-returnable' at the time of purchase

  • Customised or made-to-order items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage or modification


3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email our customer service at info@krakan-shoes.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will confirm your return request and provide the return address within 2 business days.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to the address provided.

  4. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item sent).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at legal@krakan.com with photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability, under the same conditions as returns. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

7. EU & UK Consumers

If you are ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 14-day return window meets this statutory minimum.
