2. Scope and Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in respect of your purchase.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version published on the website at the time you complete your purchase.

3. Products

We offer footwear and fashion accessories for sale worldwide. Product descriptions, images, sizes and colour options are provided as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that an ordered item is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of browsing. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of payment.

5. Order Process

  1. Select your items and add them to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and billing information.

  3. Review your order summary and select a payment method.

  4. Confirm and pay for your order.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.


An order is only binding once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or failure of payment authorisation.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely via encrypted SSL/TLS technology. We do not store your full card details. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Delivery zones

We ship to most countries worldwide. A list of served destinations is available at checkout. Certain countries or territories may be excluded for regulatory or logistical reasons.


7.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.


7.3 Estimated delivery times

  • Hong Kong & Asia-Pacific: 3 to 7 business days

  • Indian Ocean (Réunion, Mauritius, Mayotte, etc.): 7 to 15 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days


Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, public holidays or carrier delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delays attributable to third-party carriers or customs authorities.


7.4 Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you have provided. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.


7.5 Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Hong Kong, the buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and related fees applicable in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Right of Withdrawal — Consumer Orders

If you are a consumer (acting outside the course of trade or business) ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please notify us at info@krakan-shoes.com before the end of the 14-day period. Full details of the return process are set out in our Returns Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: items marked as final sale, customised or made-to-order products, or items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on this website. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

10. Warranties and Product Conformity

Our products are designed and quality-checked to meet reasonable consumer expectations. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer repair, replacement or a full refund at our discretion and at no cost to you.

Warranty claims arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOTHYS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs and text — is the intellectual property of KOTHYS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and is protected under applicable law. Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, consumers based in the European Union retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of residence, and may refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
